Product lines used by Bloom Beauty Bar are carefully curated based on product quality, product effectiveness, ethical business practices, ingredient transparency with easily attainable ingredient decks so we can avoid allergy issues, a variety of options for all skin types/issues/Fitzpatrick types, and only available to licensed professionals for service and retail use (a.k.a. if you are running across these lines on major retail sites, they’re likely fake, expired, or tampered with). Below are the lines used most and why I chose to partner with each of them.
Beginning in the 1970's, Danne Montague-King began his discoveries of enzyme therapy, Vitamin C therapy, and trans-epidermal delivery cremes. Never tested on animals. Most of their products come in glass containers that are pretty enough to proudly display on your bathroom counter. Every batch of CBD or Full spectrum that their lab receives comes with an independent 3rd party lab test to verify quality and purity standards. GlyMed Plus is a professional only, pharmaceutical grade skin care line. This means their ingredients are required by the FDA to be 99% pure. Their ingredients are at a high enough percentage to change and make a difference in your skin. A cosmetics or cosmeceutical line is only required to be 70% pure. GlyMed Plus has a full anti-aging line, acne line, and chemical peels. Their products are able to be cocktailed and customized to treat any skin type, condition and color. GlyMed Plus products are proudly formulated in the USA and do not contain artificial colorants, animal by-products, synthetic fragrances, phthalates or lanolin. GlyMed Plus NEVER tests on animals. Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts was founded by Tina Zillmann, Aesthetician and Laser Professional, and a south Texas pioneer in clinical treatments for sun damage, melasma, acne, and acne scarring. Her experience in early laser skin resurfacing and the demand for skin rejuvenation led to the development of Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts skin care within Skin Rejuvenation Clinique [est. 1991]. Every product is clinically tested and administered in their local practice. Each product is consciously formulated to be free from synthetic colors and fragrances, phtalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, formaldehyde-releasing preservatives and always cruelty free. For more than 60 years, Dr. Christine Schrammek Kosmetik has stood under the sign of beauty. As a true family company with values and tradition, they are committed to acting responsibly, courageously and sustainably – back then as well as today. Raw materials from controlled organic cultivation and from sustainable projects are used for manufacturing. Their products do not contain any parabens, PEG derivatives, mineral oil or microplastics. They refrain from animal testing – by the way: approximately 90% of all their products are suitable for vegans. Green Peel is a more natural peel option available in three strengths, both peeling and non-peeling. This is also my favorite service to provide and to receive myself.
