Booking and Cancellation Policies
Bloom Beauty Bar is by appointment only. When an appointment slot is reserved, I am honoring your time by being available, on time, and set-up for the service booked during that time. In the interest of mutual respect between the provider and client, my booking and cancellation policies are as follows.

Late Arrival
If you are running late, please call or text. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your reserved appointment time, you will be considered a No Show. If you manage to arrive late, but still within the 15-minute window, I will do my best to provide the service. For this to happen, some service steps may be skipped over, and you will still owe the full amount of the service. Please note that the time for your service will be shortened to accommodate my guests to come, so their service will begin on time. If I am unable to properly provide the service with the remaining time, this will forfeit your booking deposit and you must reschedule.

Cancelling Less than 24 Hours Before
A 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling/rescheduling your appointment. This allows someone else to book the appointment slot. Cancelling/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment slot will forfeit your booking deposit. After more than two occurrences, you will be required to pay for appointments in full in order to book future services.

No Show
No Show policies are strictly enforced. You will receive confirmation texts/emails and reminder texts/emails prior to your appointment, so this is seen as consciously choosing to forego your appointment and is not in line with a mutual respect between the provider and client. No Shows will be charged the full amount of the service with the card on file immediately after the 15 minute window discussed under Late Arrival. After one No Show you will also have to book all future appointments by paying in full at time of booking.
